Postage is a flat rate of £4.15, no matter how big or small the order.
Local delivery around the BH25 area is available at a cost of £1.50.
Yes you're able to add to your order for a small fee of £1, please make contact first to ensure your order hasn't been shipped.
Turnaround will vary depending on the item and stock levels. Please refer to each listing to check it's turnaround time. The turnaround time stated will be before shipment and is a guide, it is usually posted sooner. Feel free to make contact for a better idea.
Unfortunately I cannot offer a discount on bulk orders, I tend to run sales and send out discount codes regularly so keep an eye out on the Facebook page.

No, due to the personalised nature of the items I sell, I do not accept returns because of a change of mind. Please see T&Cs for further information.
So you just buy items as and when you can afford to and leave postage off until you're completely finished. Then I will post everything together with one postage cost rather than lots throughout the year. So no deposit, you're just paying for items as you can afford to, during the sales, pay days etc.

Please select the Christmas Plan option at checkout and once you've finished shopping for the year, we will be in touch to arrange postage for all items to ship together.
