Processing Time :

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.

SHIPPING

I send all items standard delivery via Royal Mail, however if your order weighs more than 2kg it will be sent with a courier.

You have an option of standard or local delivery. I have added an option for 'local delivery' in New Milton, Hampshire (BH25) for a small fee. Please only select this option if you are in this area otherwise your order will be cancelled. Once posted, it is in the delivery companies hands and out of my control, where possible I will accommodate and will always have tracking information.

The shipping method selected will be the estimated time it takes from date of dispatch and not date of order.

I will contact you to arrange your local delivery, so please leave a valid email address or phone number.

RETURNS

I do not except returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or I have made a mistake, due to all of my listings being made to order, and the majority personalised. Please make sure you order using all information provided.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours and I will send a replacement where possible.

However, if you have a problem with an order, please get in touch.

If an item needs returning, please be sure to return it in the original condition, unworn and unused to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

I gladly except cancellations. Please request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase.

PHOTOGRAPHS

I occasionally use photos of my work on my social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and sometimes to advertise on local selling sites also to update the website.
