The wrap around cover has a pouch to hold the hot water bottle in place. The belt comes with a fleece lined pocket on the front to keep your hands toasty warm as well.
Wear the belt with the bottle at the front or back depending on where you need the heat the most. Secures with a hook and loop fastener and comes with a 1 litre capacity natural rubber hot water bottle.
